DELIVERY AND RETURN TERMS

Hattumyynti Ainamuoti Oy (later the service provider)
sells products to both private individuals and companies and entities, for
which the term customer will be used later.
If there are obvious writing, calculation or data
processing errors in the price or other information presented on the
www.hattu.fi pages (later the website), Hattumyinty Ainamuoti Oy is not obliged
to deliver products in accordance with this incorrect information. The customer
decides whether he wants delivery with corrected conditions and information.
Hattumynytti Ainamuoti Oy is not responsible and is not liable for any delays
or delays caused by importers or others.
The use of the website requires the customer to accept and comply with (i)
these Terms, and (ii) to accept the website's privacy statement, after which
the customer may use the website according to the terms in force at any given
time.
DELIVERY AREA
Our
delivery area is Finland, European countries and, for example, Canada and the
USA.
ORDERING
Products
are ordered in the online store by moving them to the shopping cart and paying
for the contents of the shopping cart in the online payment service. All
customer information is treated confidentially. The service provider is
responsible for the appropriate processing of the information provided by the
user and for maintaining the protection of the user's privacy. The information
provided by the user is stored in the service provider's customer register. The
service provider does not hand over the collected personal data to external
parties. The contact information requested in connection with the order is
mainly used only for the delivery of the order or for clarifying any
ambiguities arising in it, unless specifically stated otherwise. When ordering
from the online store, you are required to have familiarized yourself with and
agreed to the delivery conditions valid at any given time.

offer customers in our online store several different payment methods. Choose
the option that suits you best!
PAYTRAIL PAYMENT METHODS
Paytrail Oyj (2122839-7) operates as the payment
intermediary service provider and in cooperation with Finnish banks and credit
institutions. Paytrail Oyj appears as the recipient of the payment on the
account statement or card invoice and forwards the payment to the merchant, in
this case hattu.fi / Hattumyynti Ainamuoti Oy. Paytrail Oyj has a payment
institution license.

With the PAYTRAIL payment service, you can shop safely and flexibly:
Online banks; you can pay for your purchases securely with the online banking
credentials of all the most common banks
30 days interest-free payment period with the invoice.
The invoice will be sent to the e-mail address you provided during the order
process, so fill in the information carefully!
You cannot order products on an invoice when you order the products for someone
else or you have otherwise given someone other than your address in the
population register as the delivery address.
Invoicing and partial payment services included in Paytrail's payment service
are Walley, OP Lasku and Jousto.
We use Paytrail as one of the providers of the store purchase transaction. This
means that we may transfer your personal information in the form of contact and
order information to Paytrail when the store purchase transaction has been
uploaded so that Paytrail can manage your purchase. Your transferred personal
data will be processed in accordance with Paytrail's own privacy notice. You

PAYPAL PAYMENT METHODS
We
use PayPal as one of the providers of the shopping transaction. This means that
we may transfer your personal information in the form of contact and order
information to PayPal when a store purchase transaction has been uploaded so
that PayPal can manage your purchase. Your transferred personal data will be
processed in accordance with PayPal's own privacy notice. You can find more

PAYING WITH AN ONLINE STORE GIFT CARD OR DISCOUNT CODE
You can pay with a gift card or discount code by
entering the gift card code in the order form at checkout under Discount or
gift card code. Add the code and the discount is immediately calculated in the
total amount.
ORDER AND PAYMENT CONFIRMATION
When
we have received your order, we will immediately send you an order confirmation
by e-mail, which will show your order information. Always check the content of
the order confirmation. If you have any questions, contact our customer service
immediately. Save the order confirmation if you have to contact customer
service. When dealing with customer service, always have your customer number
and/or order number available. Always check that the contents of the package
match the products in the order confirmation.
